I am an MD/PhD student deeply committed to enhancing the care of critically ill patients. My doctoral research is primarily focused on employing early mobilization techniques and the ABCDEF (A2F) bundle in pediatric intensive care units (PICUs) to prevent delirium and improve patient outcomes.

My current research is centered on understanding the relationship between sedation and delirium in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) patients, alongside evaluating the use and impact of physical restraints in the ICU. I am actively participating in the PICU Up! trial, a multi-center randomized controlled trial focused on early mobilization in critically ill children.

I am passionate about optimizing patient care throughout the perioperative continuum, where I am investigating perioperative blood-management strategies and strategies for enhancing perioperative pain control. I am also working on developing innovative methodologies and refining existing approaches for conducting research within critically ill patient populations.
